What it takes to be Queen.

REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 18 years of age and not older than 27 years of age by the date on which you are selected to compete in the national competition for which you compete.

You must be a high school graduate.
You must be single, never married, and have not given birth.
You must be a natural-born female.
You must be a United States citizen and live, work, or attend school in the state of Oklahoma.
You must be in excellent physical and mental health.
You may not have competed more than twice in the Miss Black USA state pageant and may not represent the same local/regional title more than once.

You may be single, widowed, married or divorced, with or without children.
You must be a natural born female.
You must be a United States citizen and live, work, or attend school in the state of Oklahoma.
You must be in excellent physical and mental health.
You may not have competed more than twice in the Miss Black USA state pageant and may not represent the same local/regional title more than once.

Miss Miss Black USA Talented Teen; 14 to 19 years old
You must be a full-time student in middle or high school or in your senior year of high school at time of application.
You must be single; never married.
You must be a natural born female.
You must be a natural born female.
You must be a United States citizen and live in the United States.
You must be a United States citizen and live in the United States.
You must live, work, or go to school in USA and in the state that you wish to represent.
You must be in excellent physical and mental health.
You may not have competed more than twice in the Miss Black USA state pageant and may not represent the same local/regional title more than once.

As a contestant, you will be judged in 5 categories consisting of of Personal Interview, Activewear, Talent, Evening Wear, and Onstage Q&A.
